Responsible for forecasting, planning and ordering of packaging, raw materials and ingredients required for production.

Daily monitoring  of stock levels to correctly plan orders.

Maintain stock levels within set limits to avoid over or under stocking fo SKUs

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

Relevant Degree of Diploma eg supply chain

Attention to detail

Experience in purchasing, procurement, stock controlling

Advanced Excel and Word

Experience with SAP, Pastel or other bookkeeping software. would be advantageous.

Overtime will be required and some weekends to assist with stock counts.

Will be required to work on most public holidays as an important part of the stores operational team.
